Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary

The Company announces that Mr Charles Ritchie has resigned as Company Secretary of Energy Resources of Australia Ltd, following his transfer to another role within the Rio Tinto Group.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Robert O'Toole, Legal Counsel, as joint Company Secretary with Steeve Thibeault, Chief Financial Officer.
