Celebrating NT Women in Resources

3 June 2017

Energy Resources of Australia (ERA) is proud to be a Gold sponsor of the 2017 Northern Territory Women in Resources Awards.

The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of women, men and companies who make an outstanding contribution towards diversifying the resources industry.

As part of the night, ERA Chief Executive Officer Andrea Sutton took part in a panel discussion on couching diversity and presented the award for Exceptional Woman in Resources which she won in 2016.

While our three ERA finalists didn't take home a win, ERA is still extremely proud of their efforts and the inspiration they provide to fellow employees and the next generation of female staff coming through at ERA.

  • Katrina Bangay – Finalist – Outstanding Tradeswoman/Operator/Technician
  • Sharon Paulka – Finalist – Exceptional Woman in Resources
  • ERA Ranger Women’s Network – Finalist – Excellence in Diversity Programs and Performance

ERA understands and supports the strengths delivered by workplace diversity and its employment policies encourage diversity in age, experience, gender and background.
