Ms Silvester is an executive leader and looks after the external relations and regional development portfolio. 

Ms Silvester joined us in 2022 after 15 years of professional experience including most recently leading a management consulting practice and specialising in supporting clients and stakeholders to navigate complex problem solving across strategy, financial sustainability, performance improvement, and economic development. 

Over this time Ms Silvester has worked across regional and remote areas of the Northern Territory with governments, private organisations, not for profits and Aboriginal organisations. 

Ms Silvester is dedicated to world-class rehabilitation and in partnership with the community of Jabiru and stakeholders.
