Stuart Glenn joined the ERA Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in February 2023.

Brad Welsh was appointed as Acting Chief Executive of ERA in October 2021 and appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in February 2022.

Mr. Pritchard-Davies was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary in December 2024. He brings over 18 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership across the Resources, Utilities, and Public Practice sectors.

Justin Carey was appointed as a non-executive director in August 2019.

Rosemary Fagen was appointed as a non-executive director in February 2022.

Stephanie So was appointed as Joint Company Secretary in April 2023.
