Ms Wilson joined ERA as Capability Manager in June 2022. 

She brings a wealth of Human Resources (HR) experience gained from supporting mining, oil and gas operations over the last 30 years. 

Ms Wilson has held HR leadership roles with Rio Tinto (Argyle Diamonds, Yarwun Alumina Refinery and Kestrel Mine) earlier in her career, supporting ConocoPhillips’ assets in Darwin and Houston, Texas and most recently with BHP Maintenance and Engineering Centre of Excellence supporting the company’s global assets based in Brisbane. 

Ms Wilson has a Bachelor degree in Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) and Business (Human Resources).
